How to open Demat account in Zerodha for buying direct mutual funds and stocks online with screen shots.

This video is the answer of the following questions,
1st How to invest in Indian Stock Market?
2nd How to enter Indian stock market?
3rd How to open Demat account in India?
4th How to buy shares in India?
5th How do I start trading stocks in India?
6th What is Demat account and how to open demat account in India?

First of all, let's make one thing very clear the answer to all of the above question is one and same and this is the clear cut answer.
You can not directly buy shares in India. To buy shares in India/Invest in Indian Stock Market; you need to have "Demat Account". Demat account is digital account where all your shares is kept in electronic format. Its just like email account or bank account where all your shares, mutual funds, bonds will be kept safely.
Now, You can open demat account with banks or brokerage firms. Now you must be familiar with banks but opening demat account is little bit expensive with banks and brokerage firms are the specific firms that's main business is allowing trading platforms for individuals and its comparatively less expensive. Now a days few brokerage firms allow free demat account too but if you go with my experience then go with India's no.1 brokerage firm "zerodha" for opening demat account. Demat account opening is not free - it will cost you Rs. 200 for account opening charge and then Rs. 300 + GST as annual maintenance charge. And again as per my experience its a good deal as you will buy shares with lowest flat brokerage fee of Rs.20 per trade in Intraday and FnO, zero cost in Delivery based trading and Commission Free Mutual funds. In additional to that this can open new passive income stream too as every person you refer to zerodha and if they open demat account with zerodha then you will get 300 bonus points and 10% of brokerages from all their Intraday and FnO trades. so what's you are waiting for click the below link and start your financial journey now.

(If you find any difficulty in opening account then watch the below video where I have explain the account opening process in detail with screen shots in Hindi.)

(The above video is in Hindi language and if you are not familiar with Hindi language, then read this post to understand the video content.)

Hey welcome back!

Today is 10th February 2021 (at the time of making the video) and we are ready with this month's Smart Mutual Fund SIP. You will get this video by tomorrow that is on 11th February 2021 around 8 o'clock in the morning.

1st of all, its really hard to find smartness in the "SMART MUTUALFUND SIP" but if we look carefully then smart mutual fund sip has so many smartness like,

1.     Its really Long Term Investing.

2.     Its Low Risk Investing - Capital protection is the prime goal and achieving the equity liked return is our target.

3.     Its Concentrated Investing - our portfolio fluctuates very less and we rarely need to modify the portfolio.

4.     We are having concentrated investing approach but our portfolio is well diversified.

5.     Its Commission Free - very low cost/ low expenses investing.

6.     Its Valuation based investing.

7.     The biggest element is we are following the proven Money Management System. (You can watch the money management system by clicking the below links as I have already taught you the world's proven money management system. https://sipwealthcreator.blogspot.com/search/label/Money%20Management

We will discuss, all the above points in details in upcoming posts, as of now lets execute this month's SIP (Systematic Investing Plan).

1st let's check the stock market valuations,

Date - 10-02-2021

BSE - Sensex - 51512

PE (Price to Earning) - 35.67

Price to Book Value - 3.47

Dividend Yield - 0.8

Right now stock market valuation is at 35 PE (Price to Earning) means for earning one rupee we have to give 35 rupees right now, which is very expensive deal as it is delivering just 2.85% return, and right now bank saving accounts are offering 3% to 4% interest rate and hence the expected return is much less than the bank saving account. Bank saving account offers risk free return of 3% to 4% return then why the hell we will take risk of investing the money in stock market for 2.85% returns expectations.

So, we will not infuse new money in stock market right now and instead we will park the money in debt fund especially, in GILT Fund.

The Fund that we are investing is, Nippon India Gilt Securities Fund.

SIP AMOUNT - 5000

NAV - 32.5632

No. of Units allotted - 153.54

and this is the current status of stock market portfolio

Total money invested - 9,50,393

Market Value of Investment - 13,63,522

Change - 4,13,128 (43.47%)

Smart Mutual fund SIP - January 2021 exclusively on SIP Wealth Creator

(The above video is in Hindi language and if you are not familiar with Hindi language, then read this post to understand the video content.)

Hey welcome back!

Today is 8th January 2021 and you will get the video tomorrow that is on 11th January 2021 @ 8 O'clock in the morning. we are ready with this month's Smart Mutual Fund SIP.

1st of all, Let's check the valuation of the stock market.

P/E Price to Earnings Valuation of Sensex on 8th January 2021

BSE - Sensex - 48782

PE (Price to Earning) – 33.93

Price to Book Value – 3.31

Dividend Yield - 0.82

Right now stock market valuation is at 33.93PE (Price to Earning) means for earning one rupee we have to give 33.93 rupees right now, which is expensive deal as it is delivering just 2.94% return, and right now bank saving accounts are offering 3.5% to 4% interest rate and hence the expected return is much less than the bank saving account. Bank saving account offers risk free return of 3.5% to 4% return then why the hell we will take risk of investing the money in stock market for 2.94% returns expectations.

So, we will not infuse new money in stock market right now and instead we will wait for either earnings of the companies to pick up to justify the valuation or vice versa. We don’t have any problem buying the markets at higher level, but we will only buy it after we get valuation justification. Till then we will park the money in debt fund especially, in GILT Fund.

The Fund that we are investing is, Nippon India Gilt Securities Fund.

SIP AMOUNT - 5000

NAV - 32.9427

No. of Units allotted - 151.749

and this is the current status of stock market portfolio

Total money invested - 9,50,393

Market Value of Investment - 13,58,905

Change – 408512 (42.98%)
